In celebration of its 26th year, the NFL Foundation is partnering with the NFL Legends community to host an 18-hole golf
tournament at Golf Club of Houston, home course to the PGA Tour’s Shell Houston Open. As part of the festivities
celebrating Super Bowl LI, “Legends on the Links" will be played on two separate courses, the Tournament Course, which
hosts the PGA Tour event annually, and the Member Course, where the PGA Tour played from 2003 through 2005. The
event also provides the opportunity to play alongside true NFL Legends and the chance to win memorable prizes

The NFL announced today the high school football coaches nominated by the 32 NFL teams for the Don Shula NFL High School Coach of the Year Award. Representing the best at the high school level, these coaches were nominated for the national award, named for the winningest coach in NFL history, by NFL teams for their character and integrity, leadership and dedication to the community, commitment to player health and safety, and on-field success.

The National Football League Foundation and the NFL’s three Florida-based teams—the Jacksonville Jaguars, Miami Dolphins, and Tampa Bay Buccaneers—are uniting to support the victims’ families and survivors of the tragedy in Orlando. Together they will contribute $400,000 to the OneOrlando Fund.

A Community Football Fields Program
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)
The NFL Foundation Grassroots Program is a partnership of the National Football League Foundation, which provides funding for the Program, and the Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC), which provides technical assistance and manages the Program. The goal of the Program is to provide non-profit, neighborhood-based organizations with financial and technical assistance to improve the quality, safety, and accessibility of local football fields. The NFL Foundation Grassroots Program provides grants of up to $250,000 for capital improvement projects.
